What is an average day of work like for you? Speaking with customers, technicians, among other vendors. Sending out quotes. Performing walk throughs with prospective customers. Following up with customers after we perform the service.
What originally got you interested in the work that you do? I have always enjoyed customer service along with the challenge of a new industry.
What is your favorite part of your work? Solving problems, no matter how big or small. The reward for me is seeing a customer’s mind eased when we fix a problem and they are up and running again.
If you weren’t in the business of metrology, what do you think you’d be doing? Any service related work – Customer Service is my passion!
What are some activities you enjoy when you aren’t working? Camping, hunting, fishing, and golf.
What is your favorite food? Cuban Food
What are some of your favorite movies? Anything action, adventure or Sci-Fi
What are some of your favorite musicians/bands? Country and classic rock. No one band in particular.
What is your favorite place to travel to or visit? My family and I enjoy camping all over the state of Michigan during the summer.
What is something you find unique/interesting about yourself? I’ve hit two Hole-in-One’s throughout my golfing career.
